Hi,

what kind or brand of spikes would you use?

Generally the TKC80 should do a good job and was seen
sooner at the Fjordrally.
But beyound that two tires I would seriously think about
the Mefo Stonemaster (rear) - depending of your front wheelsize - maybe in combination with the Mefo MX Master.

Greetings
Jörg.

Thanks for the info.
With MEFO how many kilometers you can drive on asphalt?
I have never driven on tires off and I do not know the duration.
I saw the catalog best grip, but I don't having experience to drive on ice. What kind model spikes do you use?
Is better take a spikes in Italy or buy in Norwey?
The departure is drawing near :O) and would like to resolve these doubts.
Thanks
lele

Hi lele
better you buy the spikes in italy i don´t know a shop for this spikes in norway and
i think they are expensive in norway
and use for stone/mx master the long version 1800

look here http://www.mefotires.com/Mefomenue_d.htm
you need 180 rear 180 front

if you wont drive with the stonemaster on higway from italy to kiel
i am not sure
a new stonemaster have 20mm profile deep
and you need minimum 14,5 mm profile deep for 1800 spike
1200 spike min 8.5
1400 spike min 10,5
